There are many market research companies on the internet, that are looking for panel members who can complete online surveys about new products, or to express their opinions (good or bad) about the people who sell us these products. Signing up to these survey companies will take on average around 5 minutes to do so. They will just need some background details about yourself, such as your gender, where you live, your age or your income. Be truthful, as they are looking for a wide cross section of panelists, and don’t worry about your personal details as these will be kept private. You can always check out their privacy policy before you sign up.
After you have signed up to a survey site, surveys will start arriving into your in box usually within a week. Don’t feel you have to complete every survey that you receive. Most survey sites will keep sending you surveys even if you haven’t completed any surveys for a few months, I can only think of Pinecone Research who will drop you from their panel if you have missed a couple of surveys.
